We made it! After a weeklong trip over from France we are here for the Seiser Alm World Cup Slopestyle event!
We had an extra day of skiing before the official training started so we got to go up to the hill and shred the park for the day. I love having theses kinds of free days as I call them, because I am able to go up to the hill and kind of mess around with different tricks I don’t usually do instead of having to do my stock competition tricks over and over for the official training day. Don’t get me wrong I love doing my comp tricks, but its nice to change things up a bit sometimes!
We got lucky enough to be able to hit the World Cup jumps today as well, and let me tell you they are definitely some of the most fun jumps we’ve hit in a slope course this year.
Check out some fun ones from today! :D
I am feeling so good right now. After my little mishap in France I am seriously feeling the fire inside. This course looks like so much fun and I cannot wait to start hitting the full thing tomorrow and get ready to slay it in the contest!
Who doesn’t smile like this after a sick day of skiing? :D
I also wanted to show you the spot we are staying in for the week, which is unreal! This hotel is super secluded in the mountains and gives you that homey type of feel when your here. All the staff and people around are super friendly and I am stoked this is where we will be staying. Check out the view from my room!
Stay tuned for more coming from official training!
